We specialize in creating business plans for indepedent films to be financed via private equity.

Bids for plans are issued on a project-specific basis.  Please note we are highly selective when it comes to taking on business plan clients and therefore strongly recommend your project meet all of the following pre-requisites before contacting us:

• You have a completed script.
• You have a professionally prepared budget.
• The project’s budget is at least $500,000.
• You have retained the services of a qualified attorney.
• You can provide at least three professional references.

Our minimum fee for a business plan is $5,000 and a 50% non-refundable down-payment is required to start the job.  This fee can escalate depending on genre, budget, timetable and other project-specific variables.  Formal bids are issued only after projects and their associated personnel have been fully vetted.

Please Note: Our business plans (or “marketing documents”) do not include required legal components (company formation, operating agreement, subscription/offering documents, etc.).  We work in conjunction with your attorney(s) to develop the deal that makes the most sense for your project, and we create a business plan that complements those required legal elements.  In some cases, if you do not have adequate legal counsel, we can offer you some recommendations.
